Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after the order has been placed. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times depend on your location:
Sweden: 3–7 business days
Europe: 5–12 business days
Rest of the world: 7–20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, local postal services, holidays, or other delays outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Customs & Import Fees
For orders outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. VIRGILI is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
